Leave Application Rules and Regulations

Dear Clannies,

This is a cyber world, and we love everyone of you. This a a great family.
So we do understand once in a blue moon everyone might have something really important in real life such as traveling for holiday, Exam, work travel, etc.....
Its ok if you need to disappear for awhile.
Real life is always more important that game world.
But we appreciate that you will inform the clan about it.

Rules & Regulations:
1) If no leave application is received here and member missing for 14days (2 weeks), your rank will drop from normal to associate member.
2) If continue to disappear, once 21days (3 weeks) is up you did not show up you will be kick out from clan. As we might consider you have quit the game.
3) Format to apply for Leave:

Estimate how long you will be away:


IMPORTANT:
However if player is extremely inactive (not able to online 2-3 days per week).
If there are potential new members that want to join the clan and there isn't any slot available.
Such inactive player might be ask to leave the clan.
We are sorry, we need active fun player so the family is always alive to do something werid, fun or challenging.
