serious question

why has everyone been leavening clan lately? i see that some like fear2 still associate themselves with chikara and no other clan but do all the others. i have just noticed that 2 pages of people have left in the last week or 2. i havent been here long so idk how they have accted o rhow long they themselves have been in clan but i just thought it was a lil weird. should i be worried at all? do w have to do some hardcore scouting?

You didnt do anything wrong.

It has always been like this, ppl leaving clan.

But yes we do have to recruit lots of new ppl, we even made Chikarahearts for that purpose, so we can invite lower lvl too.

Also i think out of the 2 pages that disappeared were some that we cleaned out because they are never online anymore.

no one person did anything wrong yeni. to many people have left (or have been inactive for to long with no notice) and somebody would have said something. ty hybo for the reashuring reply^^.

i was also surprised with such a behavior of playing community here firstly. but with time i just got used to it..

and as i c,not only our clan suffers from coming-leaving ppl. i think it's just ok here ( i mean in game.)

the only thing that can worry me now,is leaving ppl,who have been in clan for quiet long time..

Well, to be honest I'm also suprised on this - seems like everyone thinks grass is greener other side of the fence, but I know from experience it isn't.

I don't like to clanjump, that was the first reason why I was clanless till lvl 58 or so. I don't know how to fix this, is there something we do wrong (more partying, as always, but well then again, we can try to get party outside when needed or get tank / healer outside etc.)

Sad is to see ppl i consider friends leaving, without a word. It's not like ppl will be annoyed or angry, but a whisp before one leaves would be proper to find out why they leave..

Yes , i did clean up 2 pages of people.
They are people that bearly log on.
Or some has disappear for month without any notice.
So we can only suspect they quit.


Yea, the community here is slightly different with other game or even from Asda Eu.
Clan is more like a place for plvl? or even to gain item from enkidu? Rather than a family place.


This clan hopping thing has been on going for year since asda has started.
Alot of clan has die and new clan create and then die again.
Not much old clan actually survive till now, except for a few but not going to list out who.


We are also one of the clan that started out asda since its very first version.
I still prefer to keep our morale, to share and help within clan first before we go for profit among ourselves. All I can say I wish people can be patient and work things out together. We can do it guys. Who the hell think we can do enkidu? We all came back to asda gc after asda eu close. But everyone hold on to their pride and work hard for it and we did it now. Patient and helping is the key. If there is problem do always talk to myself of clan leader, be it in game or real life guys if you dont tell people wat is the problems no one else will know except you. When problems are not known nothing can be solve. Leaving is just running away from problems its never a way to solve it. Anyway, I just hope we can get more clannies that have a sense of belonging to this family. All we can do is just keep moving forward.
