Kitty leave asda :(

after some days i cant no longer log in in asda(GC), and so i decide to left asda forever..it's a little sad but i've tried a lot of times to log in (even tried to reinstal it 5 times =( ) and i have no choice...
i'm really sorry for this but it's not my fault at all (my pc sucks :x )
so i just want you to know this and i hope you'll have fun in Us Asda ^^
i'll come to the forum sometimes to see if there are some good news, so see ya all here in chat^^

it only says : " error n*101: cannot open the application.... and when i'm able to open it, it says: cannot connect to the server.
idk what it means :(
i miss you all really a lot,but idk what to do.
any1 have an idea?

hey, you said you have re-installed 5 time's has it worked on any particular install for a small time or dosen't work full stop ?

also, have you tried installing it in a different location on your pc / laptop i.e "C:\" or "C:\Program Files " ?

Also, when it says "Cannot connect to server" it might be a problem with your firewall which doesn't let Asda connect.

I hope you can fix it :(

Hey Ellie, Unfortunately, for the issues we're really going to need individual players to provide us with specific information about their systems and their issues. I wouldn't think the issues are due to the European location, but rather a connection or computer issue on a case by case basis. Things we will need from them in order to find their particular issues with downloading or starting the game: Operating System, RAM, Graphics, Processor, Connection type/speed, Browser, Which link used to download the game For those having issues starting the game, I'm guessing it's a GameGuard issue since they were able to play EU just fine, which didn't use GG. It would be best if they try the following things...in no particular order, but try them in combination as well: - *Back up your screenshots from Asda Story EU* Uninstall Asda EU. Then, run a registry cleaning tool such as CCleaner, just in case. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the US version after they've uninstalled EU. - Make sure the operating system and all drivers are up to date. - Turn off all programs not related to Asda Story temporarily, including the antivirus. If they use AVG, it's known for having issues with GG even when turned off. In this case, I recommend switching to another free antivirus program. - Use "Run As Administrator" in the right click menu when opening Asda. - If using Windows 7: In to the Asda Story\system folder, delete the GG folder. It will reinstall when starting Asda. If still having issues, search for a Windows7 GameGuard fix, and replace the file GameGuard.des with the one provided. Delete the GG folder again and start Asda. How to dqa?
Go to asda website click support then select dqa.


Try off your firewall and your virus scan see if it work.
If it work then you might need to ask you brother to setup firewall to allow the game to start.
If switch off virus scan and asda work it might mean your virus scan is giving asda problems.
some virus scan do gives problem. you might want to change virus scan.
